About Me
I have been practising as a Psychologist since 1991, treating adults suffering from a range of mood disorders, predominantly depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder and bipolar disorder.

Since the early 90’s, I’ve had a special interest in post and ante-natal mood disorders, and worked as a Program co-ordinator for the Post and ante-natal Depression Association (PANDA) 1997-1999. After training with Relationships Australia in 2002, I extended my work to couples counselling as well as individual therapy.

Until 2012 I worked in the community sector (NGOs) as well as running my own private practice. Since training in the U.S in 2012 in Neurofeedback, I have worked exclusively in private practice, and treat people of all ages.

I believe in a holistic approach to health, and one which acknowledges that there is no “one size fits all” for any condition or a single solution for any given client.

To that end, I have training and experience in a wide range of therapies, including hypnotherapy, mindfulness therapies, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR) and Neurofeedback.

I aim to provide each client with a treatment program tailored to suit their individual needs. I am passionate about helping people improve their mental health and well-being, so that they can live their lives more fully, and work towards achieving their goals.
